The City of Edinburgh Council require a multi lot framework agreement to deliver repair, maintenance and upgrade capital and other works across its estate. The Council's Strategic Asset Management and Sustainable Development department require contractors to deliver the Capital Investment Programme and meet other construction needs for their commercial properties over the next four years. Roofing Works at Llys Jasmine, Mold

WWHG requirement under this contract is to appoint a single contractor to install a new roofing system at our Extra Care facility based in Mold. Due to ongoing water ingress, we are undertaking a project to renew the existing failed single ply roofing system and composite paving surface to the first-floor terrace area (Approx 130sqm). The new installation will consist of Sika Decothane Ultra Warm Roof system with concrete paving pedestal system as per Sika specification or similar equivalent approved.
