Description

to provide a robust and reliable Pest Control Service on Torbay Council's land and any land held by any of its arm's length companies, within the boundary of the Council's area of jurisdiction. The appointed Contractor will be required by Torbay Council to address the problem of rats and where appropriate, mice on Council owned land and property assets.

The Contract shall cover three areas:

Routine baiting on Torbay Harbour Authority land in Torquay, Paignton and Brixham, with particular focus on the land around the Brixham Fish Market, and as and when required on Torbay Beaches;

Torre Abbey estate and buildings where pest control is required on a routine basis;

Torbay Council buildings and land (managed by the TDA) where pest control services will be provided as and when required;

Facilities Management Services including TUPE

St Gregory's Catholic College ("the Authority") seeks to appoint an experienced Facilities-Management (FM) partner to deliver an integrated hard- and soft-FM service across the College's estate in Bath (postcode BA2 8PA). Procedure: Open procedure (standard 25-day tender period; no reduction applied). Electronic submission: All documents must be downloaded and returned via the linked e-tender portal. Evaluation: Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) - split 50 % Quality / 40 % Price / 10 % Social Value, detailed criteria in the ITT. Preliminary market engagement: A single supplier meeting was held to scope requirements; information shared has been incorporated into the tender pack in accordance with PA 2023 s.16-17. Luton Council’s Pest Control unit has a requirement for sub-contracted Pest Control Services for areas covering the 3 counties of Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
