This service is to perform the role of Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor as support for the One Horton Heath residential development team for the main contract works for the Lower Acre element of the One Horton Heath project, comprising 381 new mixed tenure homes carried out in 8 Sections, starting in February 2025 and completing in March 2028.

Manchester Cathedral is seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant to support its NLHF part-funded project.
