Description

Worcestershire County Council were seeking tenders for the first phase of the regeneration of the Shrub Hill Industrial Estate which comprises the demolition of Unit 16.

Unit 16 is located on the Shrub Hill Industrial Estate and what is referred to as the Isaacs Maddox triangle

Additional information: The winning bidder submitted a lower price of £312,809.96.
Due to the time lapse of the contract commencing due to occupancy and inflationary rises, the price rose to £378,886.00
