Description

The Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) will provide a list of potential providers considered capable of carrying out minor works to a satisfactory standard valued up to £800,000 (although some projects may exceed this value). It will not include routine planned maintenance which is covered by the Measured Term Contract and is procured separately.The nature and types of services that may be required may include, but are not limited to, those services identified by the CPV code and summarised in section II.2.

Estimated Key Dates Wed 15th January 2025 - Tender release date Tue 11th February 2025 - deadline for any tender queries and site visit Tue 18th February 2025 (5pm) - Tender Return Date 19th - 26th February 2025 - Tender Assessment, Clarifications Wed 26th February 2025 - Notification of preferred tenderer Mon 10th March 2025 - Standstill period completes, formal appointment of Contractor Mon 7th April 2025 - Commencement on site (this is flexible depending on lead in times required on elements) Mon 14th July 2025 - Completion of works (contract period to be firmed up at appointment stage) Note that responses to tender queries will be communicated to all tenderers by way of a live spreadsheet (with the identities removed).
