This project is focused on providing assessment and assurance of transport modelling and monitoring evidence to feed into decision making as the DfT/DEFRA Joint Air Quality Unit (JAQU) review the impact of clean air plans for local authorities and support their exit from the programme. This was procured by DfT on behalf of DEFRA.

Crown Commercial Service (CCS), hereby known as the Authority, is seeking to establish a multi-supplier Framework Contract for the supply of management consultancy including restructuring and insolvency services. With a projected passenger growth of over 50% by 2043 means there is a need to upgrade the Cardiff Central railway station to meet the additional passenger demand whilst enhancing the passenger experience and integrating sustainable travel modes.
