Description

Cloud Telephony Services 
- Services and functionality to manage and route calls to contact-centre agents, without the need for any locally installed hardware. NHS England (NHSE) has procured these services to be available for use by Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) providers that respond to calls to the 111 number to ensure an equal standard of telephony services are available to them. 
This is a three (3) year contract with the option to extend for a further two (2) + two (2) years.
