Description

The London Borough of Barnet seeks to procure a contractor to deliver Action for Silk Stream Main Contractor Works - Flood Risk and Landscaping Scheme in Lot 1 - Watling Park HA8 0RW in Barnet for London Borough of Barnet and Lot 2 - Chandos Recreation Ground HA8 6JD in Harrow for London Borough of Harrow.  Bids may be for one or all Lots. Each Lot Contract is for a fixed period of 9 months, with an optional extension of further 6 months subject to performance and budget.  These contracts will be subject to break clauses and rectification delivery period.

A separate notice will be issued by Harrow Council in relation to Chandos Park (lot 2).

The Upper Alde & Ore Estuary Embankment Improvements scheme will reduce tidal flood riskand enhance the environment in the Upper Alde and Ore Estuary. The works are estimated to cost around £2.3million. The form of contract will be a NEC4 ECC Option A. All tender documents are available through the Client or the Client's appointed tender and contract manager Stantec UK Ltd.
