Description

The Smart Working Furniture contract with effect from 01 October 2024, will see the full contract term run from 01 October 2024 to 30 September 2029 (3+2 option years contractual period). 
The current call off contract is to supply office furniture, equipment and space planning services to Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (Dstl). 
Dstl employs approximately 5000 staff across two core sites with an additional ~600 managed services staff.
The Dstl has and will continue to introduce new ways of working for its staff by adopting the Governments Smart Working approach in their Future Workplace programme. 
Dstl continue to make changes to working environments by repurposing or enhancing the office spaces, purchasing and installing additional or replacement furniture and equipment on its sites.
