Description

ESPO is seeking to establish a framework agreement with suppliers for the measuring, supply and installation of curtains, blinds and associated products and services.
The scope of the framework includes measuring, installation, curtain and blinds dry cleaning, and other related products and services including but not limited to:
- Making and fitting of curtains
- Provision of tie backs
- Making and fitting of roman blinds
- Shower curtains
- Repair of existing tracks
- Dry-cleaning of curtains
- Supply and fitting of tracks, battens and pelmet boards
- Making and fitting of stage curtains
- Stage curtains tracks and associated equipment, including audio and lighting equipment
- Security shutter and grilles

The Authority have opted to establish a DPS as it is deemed the most appropriate option to meet its requirements and will enable a clear, consistent and compliant route to market. The DPS will be open to new entrants throughout its lifespan to allow coverage for ever changing requirements, including but not limited to new regulations and central government requirements.
