Description

ESPO is seeking to establish a framework agreement with suppliers for the measuring, supply and installation of curtains, blinds and associated products and services.
The scope of the framework includes measuring, installation, curtain and blinds dry cleaning, and other related products and services including but not limited to:
- Making and fitting of curtains
- Provision of tie backs
- Making and fitting of roman blinds
- Shower curtains
- Repair of existing tracks
- Dry-cleaning of curtains
- Supply and fitting of tracks, battens and pelmet boards
- Making and fitting of stage curtains
- Stage curtains tracks and associated equipment, including audio and lighting equipment
- Security shutter and grilles

This tender will have contract conditions that will require suppliers to demonstrate that they are managing ethical compliance at their organisation. The NHS has adopted PPN 06/20 (taking account of Social Value), and therefore this Framework Agreement will include some qualitative evaluation questions on Social Value with a minimum weighting of 10% towards the award. Appointment of Building Contractor for Levelling Up Project at Malvern Theatre, Grange Road, Malvern

Malvern Hills District Council is looking to appoint a Building Contractor for Levelling Up Funded Project at Malvern Theatre, Grange Road Malvern. The project includes an extension and upgrade works to develop Malvern Theatres into a world-class cultural facility. The scheme is comprised off:- • New studio theatre with retractable bleacher seating. • New outdoor amphitheatre • New park level flexible studio • Upgraded dressing rooms, wardrobes and green room, including accessible dressing room, WCs and showers for both the new studio 2 and existing forum theatre • Improved accessibility into the building and internally via upgraded Park entrance and lobby • Upgrades to the existing forum theatre. So at this initial stage Bidders are only required to return the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire. The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise.
