Flexible Framework Agreement for the provision of Home and Community based Short Breaks for Children and Young People with Disabilities

Description

This Framework will deliver a range of Short Break activities 
Lot 1 - Group provision and outreach provision  
Lot 2 - School Holiday provision 
Lot 3 - Provision of personal care and support to children and young people, within the child's home 
Lot 4 - Provision of day opportunities for children aged 16+ 
Lot 5 - Provision of intensive short breaks 
Lot 6 - Provision of outreach services (where main provision is unable to meet demand, or family choice)
