To recover existing roof covering as specified.
      The site is situated in Chaveywell Court near the town shopping Centre with all normal amenities expected to be found in a town shopping Centre.  It is accessed via Patford Street then Castle Street leading to Chaveywell Court.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
