NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) has awarded two zero value call-off contracts for the provision of specialist capability which will be deployed to deliver specialist skills and resources in programme management office (PMO) development and delivery for the National Digital Prevention Services programmes that SCW is commissioned to support, on behalf of NHS England and other customers.

The following technical capability will be required to reduce development time/cost by leveraging learning, e.g., methods, tools, and processes, from other national NHS programmes to benefit NHSE: 
1.	Senior-level Portfolio Management and PMO capability, with deep technical domain knowledge and provision of advisory and transformation services to develop and improve enterprise Portfolio and PMO functions in collaboration with senior customer subject matter experts.
2.	Senior transformation and operational delivery capability to support the development of Agile programme and product operations functions. 
3.	Senior transformation and operational delivery expertise to support the development of best-in-class commercial and procurement support functions for major/complex programmes. 

The call off contract is for a period of 12 months with the option to extend by a further 12 months. The total combined call off contract values will not exceed £333,333.00 excluding VAT. 

This requirement has been procured via a further competition utilising the SCW Consultancy Services Dynamic Purchasing System 2.0, reference C119826 - Lot 4: System Transformation.
