Dr Harniman has been given a grant by the BBSRC to purchase a UK-unique Atomic For Mircroscopy (AFM) technology platform to enhance the biscience research in multi-disciplinary research programmes across life, health, physical and environmental sciences. This has been Direct Awarded to Bruker UK Limited under framework LAB3162 NW High Value Lab Equipment (HVLE).
 Bruker are able to deliver the unique combination of microscopy and spectroscopy capabilities described into the bid, and are named as a 'project partner' within the the grant award.
