Description

The contract will be for a city wide service covering both residential properties and civic assets and schools for asbestos removals.
Work may be packaged in the following Lots:
a) Lot 1 – Asbestos Removals Works in the West of the City – approximately £900,000 per annum
b) Lot 2 – Asbestos Removals Works in the East of the City – approximately £600,000 per annum
c) Lot 3 – Asbestos Removals Works in the South of the City – approximately £500,000 per annum

Urgent Repair and Jobbing Contracts 2025-2029

The contracts are for urgent repairs and jobbing works to Angus Council properties (excluding council housing). The contracts cover a range of trades with individual orders for works which are of an urgent repair, minor alteration or maintenance in nature being placed with the appropriate appointed contractors. The contracts will run from the 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2029. Contractors will be appointed on a trade and area basis and where possible standby contractor(s) will be put in place.
