Description

The Authority is seeking providers to supply & deliver Recreational, Occupational, Social and Educational Day Opportunities for Adults in Hull. The Authority has established a Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) that will be administered through the YORtender (Mercell) portal for the provision of Day Opportunity services. The Authority is conducting the procurement using the Light Touch Regime in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) (PCR 2015). The length of each individual contract awarded via the pseudo DPS will be governed by the individual needs of the service user. Suppliers can apply to join the pseudo DPS at any point of during its lifetime. We anticipate the launch of the DPS to be September 2024.
The pseudo DPS will provide the Authority with the opportunity to procure a range of services  within the scope of Day Opportunity services and will be split into 2 different categories, Standard and Complex Needs.
