Description

This contract has been awarded following competition against Crown Commercial Services framework  RM6187 lot 7 for the provision Consultancy Services to Cafcass for the Private Law Pathfinder Project. 

Initially a sum of £10,000 is currently available for the 2023/24 financial year. For 
the longer-term, and in 2024/25, further funding of up to £100,000 may become 
available as budgets for next financial year are agreed

The successful supplier is awarded the scoping work and the continued project 
against this further competition should funding become available.

This contract includes 2 optional contract extensions each of 12 months

Harrogate Court Extra Care Scheme

The City of Doncaster Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced provider to deliver care and support to tenants of Harrogate Court along with housing related and general wellbeing support and a community hub, providing a high quality service at all times. Care and support packages will be delivered in line with assessed need. It will be a 24/7 service including first response. The contract will be for a period of five years with the option to extend for a further five 12 month periods. Harrogate Court is a 50-bed apartment extra care scheme, for People aged 55 and over. The scheme has 21 one-bedroom apartments and 29 two-bedroom apartments. All apartments are for rent. (There is also a communal lounge, laundry room, hairdresser, restaurant , shop and guest room. It is a requirement of this contract that you hold a CQC rating of good or above from the start and for the duration of this contract. Harrogate Court is not currently registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), on contract award the successful provider must commence the CQC registration process. Until the service and manager are both registered with CQC, the successful provider must ensure that the service is overseen by a registered manager or CQC nominated individual, to provide consistent support to the manager. The nominated individual or registered manager designated must currently be responsible for a care service which is currently rated as ‘Good ‘or above with CQC.
