Heat Decarbonisation Plan - Phase 5 Public Sector Low Carbon Skills Fund

Part 1: Technical consultancy and individual building scheme feasibility.

Undertake RIBA Stage 2 Feasibility Studies for 22 buildings. The technical partner will undertake a feasibility study which will review the potential for a replacement heating system to replace and decommission the three gas boilers and two CHP plant currently located within the Energy Centre. For the remaining 21 buildings, the technical partner will analyse each building to reduce energy demand up to RIBA Stage 2, including an outline of cost, programme, and resource requirements.
