Description

The London Borough of Hillingdon  has commenced a review of the Local Plan. The Council is seeking to undertake an Infrastructure Delivery Plan.  

The primary purpose of the Infrastructure Delivery Plan is to form part of the evidence base for the Local Plan, informing policy drafting and site allocations. It will also include an Infrastructure Delivery Schedule which will be used as a tool for directing and coordinating infrastructure delivery throughout the Local Plan period. 

The Infrastructure Delivery Plan will also be used when preparing and deciding planning applications to ensure infrastructure requirements are understood and where appropriate contributions from developers are secured. 

The Council is proposing to update and replace the Local Plan. The strategic and development management policies will be combined into a single document alongside the site allocations. 


The contract start date is likely to be November 2024.
Duration of contract: 18 months

The total budget for the project is £40,000.

Scape Procure Scotland Limited (trading as SCAPE Scotland) is establishing a framework agreement for the provision of Professional Services and Development throughout Scotland.
