EBC seeks to appoint a Service Provider capable of delivering the following services, either directly or through third parties:
      o Customer Services: Managing customer contact and out-of-hours service provision, complaint management, and the holding and processing of customer data, including regular collection of tenant circumstances and vulnerabilities. This also includes tenant engagement and consultation.
      o Tenancy Management: Providing lettings services, completing CORE returns, proactively managing antisocial behavior, overseeing mutual exchanges, handling tenancy changes, and addressing tenancy fraud.
      o Tenancy Sustainment: Offering financial management support, domestic abuse support, safeguarding services, and assistance in accessing services necessary to sustain tenancies.
      o Estate Management: Including estate inspections, cleaning, window cleaning, and grounds maintenance.
      o Responsive Repairs and Void Works: Ensuring timely and effective repairs and preparation of void properties for new tenants.
      o Landlord Health and Safety: Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintaining safe living conditions.
      o Support for New Property Acquisitions and Disposals: Assisting with the acquisition of new properties and the disposal of existing ones.
      o Rent and Service Charge Management: Setting, collecting, and managing rent and service charges.
      o Tenant Satisfaction: Collecting and reporting on tenant satisfaction, including conducting Tenant Satisfaction Measures bi-annually.

The SE Shared Services e-Sourcing portal provides a web-based tool that enable the Council and Potential Bidders to conduct the strategic activities of the procurement lifecycle over the internet. It provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering and quotation activities reducing the time and effort required for both buyers and Potential Bidders.
Before completing a Bid, Bidders should ensure that the email address that has been used to register with the e-tendering portal is checked regularly as the e-tendering portal will generate automatic notifications to this email address when there are updates, changes or messages sent to the project or from the project team.  Bidders should also check that their organisation details are correct and up to date.
