Description

Leeds College of Building are seeking bids for the provision of Manned Guarding (Security) Services across two campuses. The initial contract will be for a period of 3 years with 2 x 12 month permissible extensions. This process is being run as a Further Competition under Lot 12 of the CPC Security Services Framework. The tender is also available for higher education institutions via our colleagues in other consortia.  As per our joint contracting group programme other bodies that could potentially be interested in accessing the agreement are:

NHS South East London (SEL) Integrated Care Board (ICB) and the Dysart Surgery (hereafter referred to as "the Authority") invites service providers to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) and completed Invitation to Tender (ITT) submissions from all suitable providers for the delivery of GP Facilities Management Services (Hard and Soft FM) for the Bromley Health and Wellbeing Centre for the Dysart Surgery in the Bromley Borough. Contract Length and value: The contract will have an initial term of 3 years, followed by an optional extension of 1 year plus 1 year, at the discretion of the commissioner. If all available extension is taken up in full the contract will have a maximum duration of 5 years. The indicative annual contract value for this service is £100,000 per annum.
