Description

The Labs Analytical Services cover all regulatory requirements for water sampling, testing and analysis for Severn Trent and Hafren Dyfrdwy. The contract is for wastewater testing, monitoring and retrieving data on our Wastewater & Soils samples. 
Our sourcing proposal is to have 4 Lots which would each have one to two main supplier(s) to provide either all/or majority of the Regulatory & non-Regulatory requirements. 
Lot 1 - Analytical Services (Soils)   
Lot 2 - Analytical Services (Waste (Non-Regulated)   
Lot 3 - Analytical Services (Wastewater & Sludge (Regulated)

Manchester City Council are seeking to appoint a single operator Framework for the retail provision of Water Services, Sewerage and Trade Effluent Services, from the Wholesaler, United Utilities. Tenderers should note that, although quantities and descriptions in the tender are those used and required by Manchester City Council, this Framework is open to and may be used by other Northwest Authorities and Manchester Partners. Currently, the Framework is used for the Manchester City Council and Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council Operational portfolios and many associated MCC and Bolton MBC educational establishments. The MCC operational portfolio comprises 522 SPIDs, 256 MSNs and approximately 323,000 m3 of combined annual consumption. The Bolton MBC operational portfolio comprises 276 SPIDs, 176 MSNs and approximately 103,000 m3 of combined annual consumption Additional information: The Council is using the e-business portal known as the Chest. Applicants will need to register their details at the following link www.the-chest.org.uk.
