Description

The purpose of this notice is to initiate market engagement, and it is not being used as a call for competition.
This PIN is intended to:

1. Inform the market of the upcoming procurement process for the Generation 2, Wave 3 T Levels, being commissioned by the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IfATE) (and therefore enable the market/potential suppliers to begin to plan for this); and

2. Advise as to the upcoming market engagement event via Microsoft Teams on 11th September 2024 at 4pm, which will include a presentation on the Strategic Discussion of Commercial Principles. There will also be one to one sessions offered where suppliers can meet with the Commercial team.

This notice is in respect of the below T Levels; 
-Maintenance, Installation and Repair for Engineering and Manufacturing
-Engineering, Manufacturing, Process and Control 
-Design and Development for Engineering and Manufacturing 
-Management and Administration 
-Finance
-Accounting

Please note: Learner numbers underpinning these estimated contract values will be updated prior to the ITT based upon the 2024/25 cohort that are not yet available.

All contracts will be public services concession contracts, currently governed by the Concession Contract Regulations 2016, however, the procurement when launched, will be governed by the Procurement Act 2023, as defined at section 8 of the Act, to the extent that the same apply to services which such contract (or contracts) would relate.

The provision of the design and delivery of a leadership development training programme

The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced provider to design, develop, and deliver a high-quality leadership development programme that aligns with our strategic objectives, values, and leadership behaviours. Apprenticeships Training Dynamic Marketplace

CCS set up a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for a period of 48 months with the extension option of 24 months. A further extension period of 43 months has been implemented. The total duration of this DPS is 9 years and 7 months and the end date is 27 October 2028. Bidders can request to participate for this DPS for its 115 month duration including any extension periods. This DPS is being procured under the Light Touch Regime (LTR), and is subject to limited regulations, in accordance with Regulations 74-76 PCR2015. This DPS provides central government and wider public sector with the opportunity to procure services within the scope of the existing and new Apprenticeship Standards for England (SASE) live Frameworks, Apprenticeships Standards, End Point Assessments (EPAs); and related services via a number of Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) registered suppliers on the Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP) Register and or the Register of EPA Organisations (RoEPAO). CCS reserve the right to reduce, extend or terminate the DPS period at any time during its life time; as set out in the terms of the DMP Agreement. We welcome interest from artists working in all musical styles, including (but not limited to) classical, folk, pop, rock, jazz, world music, electronic, choral, and culturally specific traditions.
