Description

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council are seeking an outstanding Young Carers Support Service that will prioritise a specific cohort of children/young people aged 8 to 18 years (up to their 19th birthday around transition to adulthood). This service will aim to promote and improve the health and wellbeing of young carers where their caring role has been assessed as having a negative impact on their own education, their ability to form friendships or undertake social activities and pursuits, thus, supporting young carers to enjoy their childhoods and meet their educational achievement and potential despite their caring roles & responsibilities.

The contract will run for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years and the highest and lowest value indicated in this notice is for the full contract duration, should the extension options be exercised.

Residential Children Home Services Phase 2

Milton Keynes City Council (The Council) wish to commission a suitably qualified and experienced Provider of children’s residential care to operate two Ofsted-registered therapeutic children’s homes utilising the Council’s own properties, for Children and Young People aged 9-18 with complex emotional and behavioural needs. Hertfordshire County Council is currently out to procurement for the PROVISION OF RESIDENTIAL CHILDREN’S HOMES FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH AUTISM The Council wishes to create a new Service for two (2) children that are unable to live alongside other Children and Young People (CYP) that have a diagnosis of Autism/Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or challenging and complex behaviours. The Children’s Home will be registered as a single service with Ofsted and provide homes for children within two (2) semi-detached houses The Council is offering the opportunity to visit the site Tuesday 28th October 2025. Due to practicalities on site, the Council will need to limit numbers to two (2) per Provider in the first instance. However, if there is spare capacity nearer the time of the visit we will do our best to accommodate additional numbers.
