Description

Regional Procurement Hub in New Delhi intends to competitively source a single service provider (using FTS Open Procedure route to market) a Semi- Comprehensive Maintenance Programme for Fire Alarms panels and associated equipment etc installed in FCDO properties (Offices and Residences) in South Asia (namely covering countries like India and Nepal). To being with the contract will have firm requirement of services for India network and Kathmandu Post. 

Estimated Contract Start Date: 1st December 2024
Estimated Contract End Date: 30th November 2027 

The contract will be signed on 3+2-year basis.

Due to the lack of certainty as to the demand for the Services under this Contract, the Council has estimated the amount that it will spend under this Contract during the Contract Period, (including any possible extension periods) at £470,000. This is only an estimate and the actual spend maybe higher or lower than this figure. The Council is of the opinion that TUPE will not apply.
