Ascent Homes are looking to appoint a subcontractor(s) to carry out all Groundworks and Enabling Works at the new East Ord housing development in Berwick, Northumberland.\r

This project has been split into the following two lots:\r
Lot 1 - Enabling works including compound, roads & sewers, and S278 works.\r
Lot 2 - Groundworks including all substructures and screed and gas membrane.\r
\r
Contractors can bid for one or both lots.\r

Gleneagles - External Windows and Doors

KWL are seeking contractors to carry out the supply and install of External Windows and Doors to a new build site of 27 houses at Gleneagles Park, Hull, it is expected that work will commence in January 2025 with works to be completed March 2026.
