Description

Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and
experienced service providers for the provision of a 5 (Five) year Term Maintenance Contract
which will include, but is not exclusive, to drainage minor works, signage replacement,
resurfacing, structural patching of sections of roads, Microasphalt, Stone Mastic Asphalt,
Hot Rolled Asphalt, Footway slurry sealing in Swindon which have been identified as in need
of highway maintenance as detailed in the respective specification and drawings (including
the provision of all necessary traffic management to complete the works).

North East and North Lincolnshire currently operates a 'Framework Agreement' for Street Lighting Term Maintenance Services. This current agreement expires 31 October 2025 and both Authority's are seeking to establish a new Framework Agreement with a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier for " Street Lighting Term Maintenance" services and other related works. The tender is divided into lots Lot 1 - North East Lincolnshire Council Lot 2 - North Lincolnshire Council . One tenderer will be appointed for each lot. However, tenderers can bid for one or both lots.
