Description
The Borough Council of Bolton (The Authority) are prepared to receive tenders for TC031 - Home and Community Base Support (Light Touch Framework) that will consist of 2 Procurement Lots which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. ***Please note - This is a re-advertisement of TC128 Home and Community Base Support and the documents have been updated.*** Further information about this opportunity can be found in the attached document - Bolton Home Care 2024 Tender Brief. The Authority has the aspiration that the people of Bolton will be involved in their own health and wellbeing with the aim of staying well for longer and in their own homes as part of a strong, connected and engaged community. The Authority seeks to work with Providers who share the aspiration set out in our vision, in accordance with our principles, and who will help to jointly achieve our required outcomes. The Services shall be divided into two Lots: Lot 1 - shall comprise delivery of the Services to Adults with support needs whose primary needs may include one or more of the following: - a physical disability - organic mental health issues not requiring specific mental health provision, including dementia, anxiety, and depression - sensory impairment, or - acquired brain injury. Lot 2 - shall comprise delivery of the Services to Adults with support needs whose primary needs may include one or more of the following: - a functional mental illness - learning disabilities - neurodiversity. The term of the Framework will be for four (4) years, with the option to extend for up to an additional two (2) year. It is intended for the Framework Agreement to commence 1 December 2024.
