Description

All Suppliers invited to this opportunity have passed the minimum requirements of the Procurement hub's Consultants Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) OJEU Reference Number 2019/S 130-319565.
Thirteen Group sought a consultant for the design and construction liability to deliver dwellings each with a warranty from NHBC, LABC or other agreed provider in line with Thirteen development programme targets including any Sectional Completion arrangements specified in the Employers Requirements.

Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA) is looking to progress a Front-End Engineering Design Services (FEED Services) Contract to further develop the Mersey Tidal Power Project (Project). Fire Engineering and Inspections Framework

Other additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. A Fire Engineering and Inspections Framework is being established to support MTVH's building safety remediation programme. There are 2 Lots with scopes to provide Fire engineering, Design and Consultancy in Lot 1; and Inspections in Lot 2. The remediation programme comprises numerous blocks, and additional services may be required throughout the MTVH portfolio.
