Description

EDC require services related to the technical evaluation and production of Business Cases, with particular focus on the Economic Case (both monetisable and non monetisable benefits, including social value) which meets HMT Green Book requirements. In particular, EDC wishes to appoint a supplier to support the development, submission and approval of Economic Business Cases for a number of projects across its Capital Investment Programme.
