Description

Ward Security is the current security provider for Devonshire Square, which includes University House. This established contractual relationship is critical to ensure seamless continuity and integration of security services across the entire estate. Under the existing lease agreement for University House, Ward Security delivers comprehensive security services, including a dedicated security officer, 24/7 monitoring of security cameras from their control room within Devonshire Square, and routine physical patrols of the premises.
Ward Security's control room and team are strategically located in close proximity to University House, 102 Middlesex Street, and The Relay Building, facilitating a rapid and effective response to emergencies. The collaborative working relationship between Ward Security and the staff at these locations further enhances operational efficiency and the overall security framework. Due to their unique understanding of the estate's security requirements and their established presence, Ward Security is the only supplier capable of providing these additional services without compromising the existing security infrastructure.
