SSC Partnership (an Agent) on behalf of the Attigo Academy Trust are currently out to tender for the provision of CCTV maintenance services.

CCTV SERVICE & MAINTENANCE AND NEW CCTV CAMERA INSTALLS FOR BASSETLAW DISTRICT COUNCIL

Bassetlaw District Council wish to invite tenders to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to deliver a comprehensive service, maintenance, and support provision for the Council's CCTV Control Room and its associated infrastructure. The contractor will work in close coordination with Council staff to minimise downtime, respond to incidents, and support the efficient operation of the surveillance network. In addition to the core maintenance activities, the contractor will be expected to provide technical advice, support for system upgrades or improvements, and reporting on system health, performance, and compliance. A high standard of customer service, reliability, and confidentiality is essential throughout the duration of the contract. The contract will be in place for an initial period of three (3) years, with the option to extend for up to a further two (2) years on a 1 + 1 year basis, subject to satisfactory performance and an annual review by the Council.
