The Contractor(s) shall manage the waste received from Beyond Housing Ltd under the Service in an effective, efficient, environmentally, and economically sustainable manner. Hull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from organisations to supply of Refurbished and Second-hand Steel Four Wheeled Bins. The tender is an open tender of a one stage process.
