Description

There was a sudden façade defect on Ellison Building A in the summer of 2023. The area was immediately made safe and scaffolding and catchment netting erected. Shortly thereafter, structural surveys were instructed. The outcome was a list of recommendations for remedial repairs, and the defects were categorised under various risk levels depending on the severity and level of risk. The works for this contract are defined as Category C Remedial Works and Surveys on Ellison A - E buildings.

Additional information: Tender was conducted as a mini competition from NEPO 207 Construction Works Framework Lot 1 to 10 suppliers.

The Provision of Beetwell Street Multi Storey Carpark Concrete Repairs

This procurement will establish a Contract for to undertake concrete repairs to the floor decks of Beetwell St MSCP. This involves removing loose and defective concrete around existing potholes, cleaning and treating any corroding reinforcement, introducing sacrificial anodes and reinstatement with concrete repair mortars.
