Description

The project is to refurbish existing, presently unoccupied accommodation at three stations, providing shell fit out ready for tenant occupation.  Works cover the following stations: 
       
      Bingley Railway Station 
      Ferriby Railway Station 
      Huyton Railway Station 
      Widnes Railway Station 

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
