The awarded supplier, will provided cleaning services in line with the Specifications Standards to create a safe and clean working environment for staff and students along with a consistent and efficient management approach to the contract, furthermore the best value for money and to provide all requirements in relation to The Trust's Cleaning Service 
needs.
The cleaning service must meet the following key objectives for the Trust:
• Clean Environment - Establish a clean working environment for all staff and 
students on a consistent basis.
• Single Supplier - A single supplier solution for the individual Trust's to allow 
for partnership approach to cleaning across the sites.
• Management - Structured approach to service management with reflective 
relationships with the winning supplier to support the improvement of cleaning, 
through tracked KPIs and management meetings.
• Onsite supervision - Selected sites required to have an onsite supervisor 
day to day.
• MI Reporting - Transparency of hours provided within monthly invoices with 
actual cleaned hours reported v contracted hours.
• Innovation - A continuous improvement approach for The Trust's' the ability 
to add or reduce cleaning schedules where cleaning standards would be 
benefited.
The Supplier must be able to provide:

Legionella - Water Hygiene

Worcester City Council (WCC) wishes to appoint a competent Contractor for the provision of Legionella Monitoring and the production of water risk assessments across their sites. The Contractor will identify and consider all water related systems which could potentially create a risk to health. Worcester City Council's in-house Property & Asset Management Team is responsible for the strategic and operational management of over 300 properties and sites. There are currently around 70 properties that require water risk assessments carried out every two years. A list of sites can be seen in Appendix 1. Further sites may be added in the future. Properties and sites included in the service range from public buildings (mainly non-housing) and associated structures to depots, offices, community centres, allotments within the local government boundaries of Worcester City Council. The buildings range from Listed Grade I & II, historic parks to contemporary construction and housing. Please see procurement documents for further information. The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise. To gain access to the procurement documents, bidders will need to register their company details at the above website. Once registered, bidders will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the procurement documents. Bidders will need to search for the invitation under Worcester City Council and then electronically submit an expression of interest and follow the online instructions to view the procurement documents
