Description

The Authority has a requirement for a demolition contractor as Whitley Wood Fire Training Centre lecture building and portacabin office building are to be demolished as part of the Training Centre Re-development project. 

The demolition works will be to facilitate the development of new Training Centre as identified under the project. 

Three quotes price only evaluation used to award the contract.

Basement DPM Tanking Refurbishment & CAT-B Fit Out

The works comprise the refurbishment and waterproofing of the existing sub-basement areas, including associated builders' works, drainage, mechanical, and electrical installations. The purpose of the project is to provide a fully tanked, dry, and serviceable environment suitable for long-term operational use within a high-security, heritage-listed building. Adjustment, modification, or reinstatement of existing building services affected by the works, including power, lighting, fire detection, and PAVA systems. Coordination with the Landlord's Facilities Management team and other ongoing building operations to ensure secure access, minimal disruption, and full compliance with Canada House site protocols.
