Description

NHS England as lead commissioner and the Dorset Office of the Police & Crime Commissioner (OPCC) and Dorset Police Force as co-commissioners, are recommissioning Dorset Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) services.
The Commissioner intends to contract for the Services using the National NHS Standard Contract. The contract term will be for a duration  of 7 years and will commence from 6th January 2025. The total contract value is £6,264,561 over the seven years. 
This notice serves as an intention to award a contract under the competitive process of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR).

Cumberland Council wishes to commission a provider to deliver an advice and equipment service for people who are d/Deaf, hard of hearing or have dual sensory loss from 01st September 2025 The service comprises four main elements: • Information, advice and guidance • Care Act assessments • Equipment • Prevention and deaf awareness training. There is a potential for a contract extension of one 12-month period, depending on both the success in achieving the outcomes and availability of further funding. The estimated total value of the contract over the total contract period (including any extension period) is a maximum value of £170,150. but no guarantee is given as to the actual value of the contract.
