West Reservoir Improvement Project - Works Contract

Description

Hackney Council invites experienced Landscaping and Building Contractors to tender for the West Reservoir Improvement Project. This exciting project aims to enhance the West Reservoir Centre and surrounding areas, transforming them into more accessible and environmentally sustainable spaces for the community. Key works include new cycling and walking routes, accessible green spaces, open water swimming facilities, and improved landscaping.

The successful contractor will be appointed through an open tender process under a JCT Intermediate Contract (2016) with Contractor Design. With a project value of approximately £2 million, this contract offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project with significant community and environmental benefits.
