      In accordance with the DESIGN, SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Panel Systems &Associated Equipment - Central Southern England Multi Contractor Framework you are invited to tender for the Installation of Solar PV at Swanmore College and have been supplied with the attached documents.
      
      How to obtain the Mini Competition Documents
      The Mini Competition documents can be accessed when logged into In-Tend by selecting `Tenders` then `My Tenders` and 'View Details' on the relevant tender advert. Once in the tender there are five tabs - 'Tender', 'Mini Competition - documents', 'Correspondence', 'Clarifications' and 'History'. Select the 2nd tab (Mini Competition - documents) where you will find useful information under 'Tender Details' continue to scroll down to the heading 'Tender Documents Received' where you will be able to view / download the documents.
      
      Please download all the documents and read VERY carefully.
      
      Opting In and Out
      Please note you are required to 'Opt In' before you can access the 'My tender Return' to start populating your response. 
      
      The 'Opt Out' functionality will also be available throughout the duration of the tender process. A Competitive Flexible procurement for the pre-construction services and construction works for Andover Theatre. The existing Site is owned by the Authority. It included a vacant retail unit (Unit 62) which was last occupied by Poundstretcher. To support the construction of Andover’s New Theatre, the Authority has let a separate contract for demolition of the existing unit, leaving a clear site ready for development. GCC Highways Major Projects Construction Framework

The Council is undertaking a competitive procurement process for a four-year multi-supplier Framework Agreement for the supply of highway construction works required by the council in relation to Highways Major Projects. The framework agreement shall comprise two lots: one for Highways Projects and the other for Structures and Geotechnical Projects . Tenderers will be selected based on quality, financial and social value criteria. The procurement of the framework is intended to replace a series of open tenders for construction works. This Framework is established to support the delivery of highways infrastructure projects across the Local Authority's network. It provides a compliant, efficient, and flexible route to market, enabling access to pre-qualified suppliers for works ranging from £0.5m to £10m for Lot 1, and £0.25m to £10m for Lot 2. The Authority Major Projects webpages can be found here which give more information about the types of projects delivered: https://www.gloucestershire.gov.uk/major-projects-list/ The Framework is governed by the NEC4 Framework Contract (2017 with February 2023 amendments), with individual projects delivered under the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC 2017 with February 2023 amendments). It is structured to support both mini-competitions and direct awards, in line with the Procurement Act 2023 and the principles of The Construction Playbook. Lot 1: Highways Projects (£0.5m - £10m) Scope: New road construction and major junction upgrades. Carriageway widening, integrated transport schemes, and public realm enhancements. Earthworks, surfacing, drainage, kerbing, lighting, and signage. Stakeholder engagement and statutory undertaker coordination. Design and build (where applicable). Full scope will be provided in the tender documents. Lot 2: Structures and Geotechnical Projects (£0.25m - £10m) Scope: Bridge construction and refurbishment. Retaining walls, culverts, tunnels, and geotechnical stabilisation. Drainage schemes. Structural strengthening, waterproofing, parapet upgrades. Piling, soil nailing, slope stabilisation. Nuneaton Library and Business Centre (Nuneaton LABC)

Warwickshire County Council intends to appoint a Supplier under a Single-Stage Design and Build Contract for whole site enabling works and the development of a new Library and Business Centre in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. The project has progressed to the conclusion of RIBA Stage 3, and by the commencement of the second stage of this procurement process, RIBA Stage 4 documentation will be available. The Council have been working alongside Mace Consult with regards to this Project, as lead consultant, with Associated Architects, Cundall and Turley as supply chain partners. Mace will be retained in the following roles: Project Management, Contract Administration and Cost Management (for RIBA Stages 5-7) with all design activities being carried out by the Contractor.
