Description

The Contract Period is initially for a period of three years, although the Authority reserves the right to extend the Contract on the same terms for two further periods of two years, making a total possible Contract Period of seven years.
The estimated annual contract value of this Contract is £2,400,000 (exc VAT) and split across the two Lots:
(1)	Lot 1 Enhanced Public Health Nursing Service - £2,000,000
(2)	Lot 2 Enabling Community Health Outcomes - £400,000
(3)	Lot 3 (combined Lot 1 & 2) - £2,400,000.
The Council is procuring a new Children and Young People's Health and Wellbeing service to provide the borough's 5-19 public health nursing service, delivering the Healthy Child Programme and incorporating sexual health and substance misuse prevention and treatment services for this age group.
It is formed from the merging of two existing contracts: 1) School health and wellbeing service (school nursing) and 2) Integrated young people's health and wellbeing service (Safe East).
