Description

An RFQ was issued to procure a provider for the design and delivery of the monitoring and evaluation of the £4.1m revenue Commonwealth Games Legacy Enhancement Fund (CWGLEF) Culture pillar activity. The provider will independently design the evaluation process (including primary research and secondary research), collect relevant data, create robust datasets showing the impact of activity, and lead the design and write-up of the final evaluation report in collaboration with the WMCA Culture Team.

GB-London: Synthetic Opioid Preparedness across London (MOPAC 1177, 1178, 1179)

MOPAC is procuring three services to better understand how resilience to synthetic opioids can be strengthened across London. This tender will be comprised of the following three lots: Lot 1: Assurance of local synthetic opioid preparedness plans - To collate and critically review available preparedness plans, within the London region, to identify and highlight examples of good practice. Lot 2: London resilience planning event  - To design and run a table-top exercise with key regional partners, using pre-prepared London-specific scenarios, identifying potential resilience gaps and supporting partners in understanding how to address them collaboratively. The total budget available across the 3 Lots is £39,000, allocated as follows: Lot 1: £9,000 Lot 2: £10,000 Lot 3: £20,000 Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.

Evaluation of the LGBTQ+ Action Plan

This Open FTS tender intends to award a contract for an evaluation of the LGBTQ+ Action Plan. The LGBTQ+ Action Plan was published in 2023, and an Evaluability Assessment of the Action Plan was published in November 2024. As a result of this Evaluability Assessment, Welsh Government are seeking to appoint a successful bidder (or consortium) to conduct a process evaluation of the LGBTQ+ Action Plan and conduct baselining work for a future impact evaluation. These will help address the aim of evaluating the effectiveness of the Action Plan in achieving its goals. The contract is expected to begin in May 2025 and run for a period of 2 years, concluding in May 2027 with an option to extend for 3 months. The value of the total contract is estimated to be GBP150,000 to GBP 160,000 exclusive of VAT.
