Description

The work comprises the routine cleaning, disinfecting and vacuuming of common close areas for a two-year period. The works will also include the cleaning of windows on a monthly and quarterly basis.  There is also a requirement to pull-out and return wheelie bins weekly.

Tender for Housing Enablement Specialist Cleaning Procurement - Blaby District Council

The Council wishes to invite tenders for the supply of services in respect of the provision of cleaning services through the interventions that take place around Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland for residents who have found themselves in hospital faced with housing related barriers to discharge.
