Description

We have ran this competition using the ‘open procedure'. Crown Commercial Service (CCS) has established a Framework Agreement to support delivery of Water, Wastewater and Ancillary Services. The duration of the Framework Agreement is for a four (4) year period. The Framework Agreement is available for use by UK public sector bodies as described in the customer list.
The Framework consists of the following lots:
Lot 1 – Water and Waste Water Services
Lot 2 – Ancillary Services
Lot 3 – One Stop Shop (Combined Lot 1 and Lot 2 )
Any bidder successfully awarded on both Lot 1 and Lot 2 combined has been awarded a place on Lot 3.
Suppliers will provide the Deliverables (goods and services) set out in the Specification.

Sterile Services and Endoscopy Decontamination Facility Solutions Framework

Some NHS organisations have out of date Sterile Services and/or Endoscopy Decontamination Departments. In order to maintain compliant services, NHS organisations either need to outsource these services or invest in the development of new facilities. This Framework will offer a solution for NHS organisations (Participating Authorities) wishing to invest in the development of new facilities. The Framework will allow NHS organisations to procure a Supplier who can design, build and equip a Sterile Services or Endoscopy Decontamination facility and subsequently maintain the facility and its equipment under a managed service contract. The new facility could be new build, modular or fit out, and could be located on site, or off site depending on client requirements. The Supplier may provide finance to the NHS organisation for the design, build and equip of the facility. Outsourcing of Sterile Services and Endoscopy Decontamination Services are not within the scope of the proposed Framework. The Framework will be offered in four Lots Lot 1 - Design, Build, Equip and Maintain a Sterile Services Facility. Lot 2 - Design, Build, Equip and Maintain a Sterile Services with Design, Build, Equipment and ongoing provision of appropriate facilities management financed by the Supplier. Lot 3 - Design, Build, Equip and Maintain an Endoscopy Decontamination Facility. Lot 4 - Design, Build, Equip and Maintain an Endoscopy Decontamination Facility with Design, Build, Equipment and ongoing provision of appropriate facilities management financed by the Supplier.

Water and Wastewater Retail Services Dynamic Purchasing System

The DPS will cover Water and Waste-water Retail Services to eligible non-household customers as described in the document "DPS10 Outline Specification." This DPS will operate four separate Lots: - Lot 1: Supply of core Water and Waste-water Retail Services in England and Wales - Lot 2: Supply of core Water and Waste-water Retail Services in Scotland - Lot 3: Supply of Water and Waste-water Retail Services and associated water management and business continuity services in England and Wales - Lot 4: Supply of Water and Waste-water Retail Services and associated water management and business continuity services in Scotland Suppliers may apply to one or more Lots.
