Description of the Project\\r\r
CLEP has been appointed by DfE to manage the delivery of the local elements of Wave 5 Skills Bootcamps (SBC) in Cumbria. CLEP is now seeking to appoint organisations to deliver the training for these SBC, within Cumbria, for the 2024/25 financial year.

InterTradeIreland is the All-Island Trade and Business Development Body, one of six North South Implementation Bodies established under the Good Friday Agreement. In this capacity it acts as the All-island Economic Development Agency. The use of in-person developmental workshops will provide a hands-on learning where participants can directly engage with the subject matter, enhancing understanding and retention, allowing for a more interactive learning experience. The workshops will create valuable networking opportunities, enabling participants to connect with peers and build professional relationships and networks along with 1 to 1 mentoring that will enable SMEs to strategically analyse their operations and determine how they can make the necessary improvements to increase their ability to access large company supply chains. This contract is a new requirement that has not been tendered previously and is to commence on the 1st March 2026.

The provision of the design and delivery of a leadership development training programme

The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced provider to design, develop, and deliver a high-quality leadership development programme that aligns with our strategic objectives, values, and leadership behaviours. The successful provider will work in close partnership with our Learning and Development function to ensure the programme is tailored to the unique context and needs of FOS. The scope of services includes: • Collaborating with FOS’s Learning and Development team to design a scalable leadership development programme, fully aligned with our leadership skills framework and organisational context. • Delivering a blended learning experience incorporating in-person, virtual, hybrid, and on-demand modules for defined cohorts, with the aim of reaching up to 108 leaders over the contract duration. • Supplying all necessary learning materials, tools, and digital content to support sustained learning and development. • Working with FOS’ Learning and Development team to implement robust evaluation methods to assess participant experience, capability development, and the overall impact of the programme. • Sharing responsibility with the FOS team for managing and administering all aspects of programme delivery, quality assurance, and evaluation, ensuring adherence to agreed contract costs and timelines. The programme is expected to run over two years with an option to extend for one year, commencing with a pilot phase followed by a full rollout
