Briefly the Works are carriageway patching and resurfacing at 15 locations in NYC Area 5 (Skipton). The works also include some minor "civils" items such as kerbing, ironworks, siding etc, but these are incidental to the main surfacing and patching work.

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) (the Council) has a statutory obligation, as a Highway Authority, to maintain the public highway within its boundary and in doing so we require specialist contractors to support us in carrying out these works. This Dynamic Purchasing System is for the provision of the following Road Surface Treatment Services: • Premium Surface Dressing • Micro Asphalting and Footway Surface Treatments • Carriageway Retexturing • Joint Sealing • Asphalt Preservation • In-Situ Road Recycling • Spray Injection Patching The publishing of this Contract Notice is to communicate the renewal of the above DPS which was originally established in March 2018 for a 4 year period. This DPS is now to be renewed for a 4 further year period which will end March 2026.
