This Framework Contract aims to provide the Combined Authority (CA) and associated public sector organisations with a comprehensive framework for marketing and communication services. The goal is to achieve the best outcomes for communication campaigns and events while ensuring value for money. This contract will be divided into seven lots, each addressing specific service areas. Suppliers are invited to bid on one or multiple lots based on their expertise.

Scope of Services

Agencies will work with the Mayoral Combined Authority and the Metro Mayor to meet the national media planning and delivery requirements related to campaigns spanning across multiple Directorates and aligned with the Metro Mayor's priorities. The national media strategy will complement the existing work of the Mayoral Combined Authority Communications & Marketing team and its local and regional media engagement to ensure a unified media strategy aligned with the organisation's wider communications objectives.
