Description

This is a Multi-System Therapy (MST) for children, young people and their families with Manchester. The provision of MST supports the Children and Education Service's strategic objective to ensure that children and families receive the right help at the right time and that children are cared for within their families. MST is an evidence-based intervention that will support children and families who are deemed on the edge of care with the objective of supporting children to remain in the care of their families.

The Council is using the e-business portal known as the Chest. Applicants will need to register their details at the following link www.the-chest.org.uk. Applicants will need to electronically submit their completed tender documents, including the standard selection questionnaire, via the online portal by 11 am on 30th August 2024.

Southend-on-Sea City Council (the 'Council') is seeking to establish a multi-lot framework to provide Care at Home of which is described in the Tender Specification (Section B). Southend City Council defines "Care at Home" as comprising three essential services: 1.
