Description

A Print Services Framework for the majority of Warwickshire County Councils printing needs, to meet the requirements for large and small volumes, confidential and non confidential printing.

The contract has an initial term of two years with the option to extend by up to a maximum 24 additional months (4 years being the maximum term).

Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system (In-Tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an
interest. The web address is: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/csw-jets/aspx/Home. Registration and use of In-Tend is free. Once

As this is a Framework the contract value range is circa zero - £800,000.00. Please note that no volume OR Value is guaranteed. The contract value stated is estimated over the full term of the contract. Values are provided for information without Council

The Authority are tendering for the outsourced provision to supply services and goods to their schools in respect of a range of Multi-Functional Devices (MFD's). The provision or paper is not a requirement of is contract and the Trust will source this themselves. Ordnance Survey Ltd (OS) is Britain's mapping agency and is responsible for the surveying, production, maintenance and marketing of a wide range of geographic information, relied on by government, business and individuals. OS is a private limited company (company registration number 09121572), and the entire share capital is owned by the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology. OS also has several wholly owned subsidiaries who may access this contract. The Ordnance Survey Consumer business unit is responsible for all retail products made available via an omni channel approach - direct to end customer and via retail/wholesale trade channels. Product categories include large format sheet mapping, customisable large format mapping (Custom Made), guidebooks and outdoor accessories. OS are seeking a Supplier with the capabilities and capacity to allow for effective Printing, Finishing and Dispatch Services for Ordnance Survey Paper Maps. The supply of the Printing, Finishing and Dispatch Services for Ordnance Survey Paper Maps will be split into two Lots.
