Description

This Contract is for the provision of an Independent Advocacy Service to adults and children/young people across Fife. The requirement will support Fife HSCP in achieving the priorities set out in the Advocacy Strategy (2023-26) and in Fife Health and Social Care Strategic Plan (2023-26). This contract will help ensure that NHS Fife, Fife Council & Fife Health and Social Care Partnership meet their statutory obligations. It will also provide advocacy for a wider group of vulnerable people.

Herefordshire Council is seeking to appoint a service provider to deliver an accommodation based support service for children in care and care leavers aged 16-25. The Service will support vulnerable young people who are making the transition from a care to a support setting and who may need varying levels of support, guidance, and input from specialist teams. Herefordshire Council will make available properties for use under this contract and the provider will be required to enter into coterminous lease agreements strictly for accommodating vulnerable young people under this contract.
